These terms govern reservations for A Toast to Senna, an event produced by Chummy's Customs. In official collaboration with Senna Brands.
A reservation secures admission for the number of guests named at checkout, at the city and date selected. Admission is charged in full at the time of reservation.
Each seat is issued to a named guest. Guest names and contact details are collected at checkout so we can admit the right people and prepare each guest's custom piece.
No refunds or cancellations. Reservations may be transferred to another guest by request, for a fee. Transfer requests should be sent to the address below, and the transfer fee will be confirmed in writing before it is charged.
All amounts are charged in US dollars. Where a custom piece is mailed outside the United States, a delivery fee may be added at checkout and will be shown before payment.
Guests who choose to commission a piece personalize it on site during the evening. In Las Vegas the piece is finished on site and goes home with the guest the same night. In Austin and São Paulo the piece is mailed within four to six weeks of the evening.
A guest may attend without commissioning a piece. Declining a piece does not change the price of admission.
Custom pieces are original works produced by Chummy's Customs and are made for personal use. They are not for resale.
Venue, timing and arrival details are sent by email ahead of the evening. Guests must be of legal drinking age in the host jurisdiction where alcohol is served.
Photography and filming take place at these events. By attending, guests agree that their likeness may appear in coverage of the evening. Anyone who would rather not appear should tell a member of the team on arrival.
If an evening is cancelled or materially rescheduled by us, we will contact every affected guest and offer either a transfer to another city or a refund of the amount paid.
A Toast to Senna is an independent event produced by Chummy's Customs in official collaboration with Senna Brands. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, or any Formula 1 team, nor by Nike, adidas, or any footwear brand. “Senna-inspired” custom pieces are original works by Chummy's Customs.
