This wording is a working draft, pending review by our legal counsel. It describes how we actually operate, but it is not the final document. The version you accept at checkout is recorded with your reservation.
This notice explains what we collect when you reserve a seat at A Toast to Senna or ask us for information, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We collect only what the evening needs to run:
We use these details to take payment, admit guests, produce and deliver custom pieces, and send the emails that come with a reservation — confirmation, the evening's details, and a recap afterwards.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We use a small number of service providers to run the event: a payment processor (Stripe) which handles card details directly, an email provider to send the messages above, and hosting and database providers. Card numbers never reach our systems.
Where the collaboration requires it, aggregate attendance information may be shared with Senna Brands. Individual guest contact details are not.
Reservation records are kept for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable form, and to complain to your local supervisory authority (UK GDPR / EU GDPR).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
If you are in Brazil, you have the rights set out in the LGPD, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, and information about who we share data with. São Paulo is one of our host cities, so this applies to a substantial share of our guests.
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work — keeping your place through checkout and returning you from the payment page. It does not set advertising cookies. If that changes, a consent banner will appear before any non-essential cookie is set, and you will be able to decline.
